You can't create new projects or add new Tradies until you upgrade — but every existing project, document, and record you already have stays fully intact and accessible either way.
Not without warning. You're notified in advance of the date a change would take effect, and your current price holds until then. If it does apply, you can keep paying it, switch plans, or cancel — your choice.
