Open the project, click "Assign a Tradie", and select from your subcontractor list — they get a single upload link by email, no account or login required on their end.

Links expire 14 days after they’re sent, for security. Re-send the assignment from the project page to generate a fresh link.

Yes — the pencil icon next to a Tradie on the Tradies page opens an editable form for their company name, contact name, email, phone, and engagement type.

Tradies are archived, not deleted — the archive icon next to a Tradie removes them from your active list and the assign-page picker without touching their compliance/incident history. Archived Tradies are hidden by default; tick "Show archived Tradies" on the Tradies page to see and restore them.

Yes — from Settings, add a team member by email. What they can see and do depends on the role you give them.

Yes — the iOS app loads the same site you use in a browser, signed in with the same account. There’s no separate mobile-only login or feature set to learn.

"Try the demo" on the homepage opens a fully populated demo account — no sign-up, no card. It’s a shared account other visitors are exploring too, so it can reset or change, and nothing you do in it is saved to a real account. Start a free trial when you’re ready to add your own projects and subcontractors.
